Armoured Hydrocarbon Resistant Power 1kV Cable Specification

This low voltage PVC sheathed 1kV armoured power cable is resistant to both aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons .It is designed with both external and internal installation in mind, suitable for cable ducts and direct burial, and is commonly used in switching stations and industrial plants.

With a polyamide intermediate sheath and special compound PVC outer sheath, it serves as a barrier to moisture ingress. Additionally, the cable is armoured to provide a robust mechanical protection - aluminium wire armour (AWA) for single cores and steel wire armour (SWA) for multicores. 

AWA & SWA Hydrocarbon Resistant Power Cable Sizes

This hydrocarbon resistant armoured cable is available in both single cores from 25mm² to 400mm², and in multicores in sizes up to 120mm², and the XLPE insulation allows for a maximum conductor operating temperature of +90^oC. Standard operating temperature range is -20^oC to +60^oC.
