BR880 Cable Specification
The BR880 cables are designed for use in trackside signalling power supply. However, BR880 cables are not suitable for general signalling use and should be used solely for the distribution of power.
These cables are robust and hard-wearing yet lightweight, with a voltage rating of 600/1000V. In addition to their railway applications, these cables are also used within the Renewable Energy industry.

The BR880 cable has a temperature rating of +70oC for PVC insulation and +90oC for the XLPE insulation.
