Return Screening Conductor (RSC) - NR/PS/TEL/31102
Our Network Rail-approved return screening conductor, also referred to by the abbreviation RSC, have been designed specifically for the Railway & Metro industry and for use in Transmission, Distribution and Power Networks. They are manufactured in accordance with standard NR/PS/TEL/31102
NR/PS/TEL/31102 Cable Specification
The Return Screening Conductor is part of the Network Rail rail telecoms cable portfolio, designed to screen telecommunication cables from electrical interference and operate in fixed installations at temperatures ranging from -30oC to +70oC.
For LSZH insulation, to be used when installed in areas where smoke and toxic fumes may cause a threat to life and equipment in the event of fire, see the Hornet and Cockroach LSZH variants.
