NGED / WPD cable
National Grid Energy Distribution (NGED) was formerly known as Western Power Distribution WPD, and is one of the UK's Distribution Network Operators, delivering electricity to 7.8 million homes in the Midlands, South-West of England, and Wales. DNO-approved NGED specification 11kV and 33kV cables must be used for installations in this area from the existing grid to new sub-main developments.

Our portfolio of National Grid Electr cables in 11kV and 33kv as well as Low Voltage Waveform cables and accompanying cable glands, cable jointing, and cable termination kits are available for immediate despatch from our distribution centre. All cables are available cut to precise order lengths at no additional charge. Our cable drum collection service is also available from site.
