Our DNO cables includes the full range used by electric utilities for both private and DSO (distribution system operators) owned grids, from low voltage waveform cables to medium voltage connections and extra high voltage cables covering applications across transmission, distribution and operations.

11kV Triplex Cable

A number of the 11kV DNO cables are supplied in triplex format, with three single core cables twisted together before being wound onto drums. This includes the triplex 11kV cable for UKPN, Western Power Distribution, Northern Power Grid and Electricity North West. 

Low Voltage Waveform Cables

Waveform cables are 3 core and 4 core solid segmented aluminium conductors with XLPE insulation and PVC sheathing designed as a service cable for the final connection to properties. Manufactured to BS7870 and with a voltage rating of 0.6/1kV these waveform cables are also DNO-approved.
